Return & Refund Policy

At our plant shop, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping healthy plants. Because plants are living organisms, each order is handled with special care. Please read our policy below before placing an order.

All Sales Final

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives severely damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the plant(s)
Photos of the packaging
A photo of the shipping label

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping Stress

Minor cosmetic imperfections, soil movement, bent leaves, or shipping stress are normal with live plants and are not considered grounds for a refund or replacement. Plants are living organisms and may naturally vary in size, color, and shape.

Delays & Weather

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or packages left unattended after delivery. Please monitor your tracking information closely once your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for stolen or missing packages marked as delivered.
