Because plants require special care and preparation before shipping, all orders may take up to 2 weeks for processing before they are shipped. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, and plant availability.

Shipping

Orders are shipped with care using packaging designed to help protect live plants during transit. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS if provided at checkout.

Live Plant Disclaimer

Plants are living organisms and may experience minor stress, cosmetic imperfections, or slight soil movement during shipping. Small variations in size, color, and shape are natural and should be expected.

Weather & Delivery Conditions

We monitor weather conditions when possible, but we are not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures, shipping delays, or packages left unattended after delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by incorrect shipping information.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
