Terms of Service

By placing an order with Fernando’s Garden LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Live Plant Disclaimer

All plants are living organisms and may vary slightly in size, color, shape, and fullness from photos shown on our website. Minor imperfections and shipping stress are normal and expected.

Order Processing

All orders may take up to 2 weeks for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, and plant availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only considered for orders that arrive severely damaged or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping information
Monitoring tracking updates
Bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery
Understanding their local weather conditions before ordering live plants

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

Limitation of Liability

Fernando’s Garden LLC is not responsible for plant damage caused after delivery, improper care, extreme weather exposure, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
